Reincarnation is the philosophical or religious belief that the soul starts a new life in a different physical form or body after biological death. As a Druid and Medium, I believe that the soul is eternal and that when we pass to the Higher Side of Life we enter a period of reflection, where we consider the life and lessons that we’ve just experienced. Some souls will remain in spirit indefinitely, some for many years (and they visit and guide us so that their soul continues to learn alongside the living) and some for a short period of time. Eventually, for the many they will enter the physical world and begin a new life. Our soul remembers the past and we may retain some skills such as an ability to learn new languages that we’ve spoken before, or an affinity to music or maths, for example. But our conscience mind does not remember our previous life. It is through these new life experiences that we encounter the soul of another that we have met before and soul connections may occur. That is where we feel we’ve met someone before or known them for many years.
